We understand that your everyday commutes impact your overall well-being and your ability to live life on your own terms. So, at Gracious Hands Service, we will fulfil all your travel requirements and promote your regular interaction with the outside world.
Our support workers will:
- Assist you with your daily commute to school or place of work.
- Take you to and fro to your medical appointments, including visiting a pharmacy and professional services.
- Drive you to your weekend trips and getaways.
- Assist you with your everyday commutes to community centres, shopping complexes, libraries, sports complexes, etc.
- Verse you with the correct usage of assistive travel equipment.
- Assist the participants with the rental of adapted vehicle.
Our support workers will take care of all your travel requirements. For your safety, we only assign licensed individuals to your care.
